Price: £50 (bring your own mat) or £75 (includes yoga kit: mat + block)
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat (if you don’t opt for the full kit)

I might miss one or two sessions. Is that a problem?
We will cover different topics every week, so it’s most beneficial to come to all 6 sessions. However, life is busy and you might miss a session and that is no problem. The sessions are all beginner friendly and you will be welcome to join any that you can make.
Is this class only for beginners?
This course is designed to allow you to explore yoga in a beginner friendly environment. There will be space for questions. All are welcome.
I used to practice yoga years ago but havent done it since. Is this course for me?
Yes, returners are very welcome to join.
Is there a drop in option available?
Spaces are limited and those who sign up for the full course will be prioritised. Drop in spaces might be available closer to the start date.
