Soak up the fresh air and summer light with my friendly and relaxed outdoor yoga classes in South Oxford, held in beautiful Hinksey Park every Wednesday and Friday evening at 6:30pm in the summer. There’s something truly special about practising yoga outdoors; feeling the breeze on your skin, hearing the birds around you, and moving your body beneath the open sky. It’s the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day and reconnect with yourself.
These yoga classes in Oxford are open to all levels, whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practising for years. Each 60-minute session is a flowing Vinyasa Flow class, where we link breath with movement and move smoothly through a creative sequence of poses. This dynamic yet accessible style of yoga can help you build strength, improve flexibility, boost your energy, and release tension from the day.
My aim is to create a welcoming, supportive and non-judgmental space where everyone feels at ease. I offer clear guidance and plenty of options throughout, so you can adapt the practice to suit your body and your experience. These outdoor yoga classes are about enjoying movement, breathing deeply, and feeling good in your body.
