I'm very pleased to say that Yoga in the park will be back again in 2025. And what's more, we'll have double the chances to practice together as I'm adding a Wednesday class to the schedule.
Weather permitting, we'll meet Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:30 pm in Hinksey Park, starting from 2nd May running until 13th August.
Please bring your own mat and any props you like to use. This is suitable for all levels, from beginners to intermediate. All are very welcome!
The outdoor classes will be pay-what-you-want (suggested donation £6-£15). Please bring cash on the day, or you can also pay by card or paypal in advance through my booking site.
In case of bad weather, the class will be cancelled and I will email you at least 1 hour before the class if you are signed up.
I’d love to invite you to join me for a friendly and relaxed yoga class every Friday evening at 6:30pm at the South Oxford Community Centre. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practising for a while, this class is designed to be accessible for all levels – from complete beginners to those with a bit more experience.
The class is a 60-minute Vinyasa Flow, which means we’ll be moving through a series of poses, linking breath with movement. It’s a great way to stretch, strengthen, and find a bit of calm at the end of the week.
I aim to create a welcoming, non-judgmental atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable. I offer plenty of modifications throughout the class, so you can make the practice your own and go at your own pace. It’s all about feeling good in your body, rather than striving for perfection.
So, if you’re looking for a bit of time to switch off, relax, and stretch out, come and join me! I’d love to see you there, and hope you’ll leave feeling refreshed and ready for the weekend. 🧘♀️✨
