I might miss one or two sessions of the 6-week course. Is that a problem?
We will cover different topics every week, so it’s most beneficial to come to all 6 sessions. However, life is busy and you might miss a session and that is no problem. The sessions are all beginner friendly and you will be welcome to join any that you can make.
Is this course only for beginners?
This course is designed to allow you to explore yoga in a beginner friendly environment. There will be space for questions. All are welcome.
I used to practice yoga years ago but havent done it since. Is this course for me?
Yes, returners are very welcome to join.
Is there a drop in option available?
Spaces are limited and those who sign up for the full course will be prioritised. Drop in spaces are usually available closer to the start date.
What should I bring/wear to class?
Please bring your yoga mat, any props you have (such as yoga bricks, blankets, straps, ...), and water. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.

We are meeting at St. Ebbe's Primary School on White House Road in Oxford.
