Join me for a friendly and relaxed weekly yoga class in South Oxford every Friday evening at 6:30pm at the South Oxford Community Centre. These classes are open to all levels, whether you’re quite new to yoga or have been practicing for years.
Each session is a 60-minute Vinyasa Flow yoga class, where we move smoothly through a sequence of poses, linking breath with movement. This style of yoga can support you in building strength, improving flexibility, and unwinding at the end of the week.
I aim to create a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental space where everyone feels comfortable. Throughout the class, I offer clear guidance and plenty of modifications, so you can adapt the practice to suit your body and needs. There’s no pressure to be “perfect”, the focus is on feeling good and moving mindfully.
If you’re looking for yoga classes in Oxford that help you relax, move, and switch off before the weekend, I’d love for you to join us. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to enjoy your weekend.

Many students find that attending once a week provides noticeable benefits, including improved flexibility, strength, and stress relief. You’re welcome to attend more or less frequently depending on your needs and availability.
Yoga can often be adapted, but it’s important to consult your doctor/physio before class if you have any health concerns.
