I am a 250h certified yoga teacher based in Oxford. My goal is to cultivate a space that is welcoming and safe for all. Classes intend for the students to explore their practice with agency, have fun, and feel good, so they can go away from class feeling recharged. I believe that yoga makes you better equipped for life: more mobility and strength in body and mind. Join me in the South Oxford Community Centre on Lake Street every Friday from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm for meditation, movement and breathwork. These classes are suitable for all levels: I will be offering options and variations throughout the practice so you can choose what serves you.
