Accessible, inclusive yoga focused on wellbeing and individual needs.
I’m Anja, a 250-hour certified yoga teacher based in Oxford, offering weekly yoga classes, 6-week Yoga for Beginners courses, one-to-one sessions, and bespoke & corporate offerings. I teach with an emphasis on movement that feels supportive and functional. My goal is to cultivate a space that is welcoming and safe for all. Classes intend for the students to explore their practice with agency, have fun, and feel good, so they can go away from class feeling recharged.
Consistent classes to support a regular yoga practice; building strength, flexibility, and calm week by week. Classes are adaptable and offer guidance to help you make choices that suit your unique needs. Suitable for students who have experience and beginners.
My 6-week yoga for beginners course in Oxford is an ideal introduction if you’re new to yoga or returning after a break. The course gives you time to learn foundational practices in a supportive, welcoming space. Drop-in options are also available for flexibility.
Customised yoga sessions for workplaces, teams, retreats, events, and special occasions. Designed to promote wellbeing, resilience, and positive group experience.
Friendly, inclusive classes for all bodies
Focus on functional movement over aesthetics
Clear guidance, beginners welcome
Movement that feels supportive, functional, and fun.
I want yoga to feel supportive, empowering, and enjoyable. I encourage students to make their own informed choices and take ownership of their practice, while keeping classes welcoming, accessible, and - importantly - fun.
Do I need any yoga experience to join?
No experience is needed to start. I offer Yoga for Beginners courses in Oxford, as well as accessible weekly classes. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, you’re very welcome to get in touch and I’ll be happy to guide you.
What if I’m not flexible or feel unsure about yoga?
You don’t need to be flexible to practise yoga. Classes are taught with options and adaptations, and you’re encouraged to make choices that suit your body and needs. The focus is on how movement feels and functions, not how poses look.
